We are proud to feature a separate Memory Care Community for our residents that need extra care due to Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

All of our residents in this portion of the community will be provided customized Care Plans provided by our trained medical care staff, available 24 hours a day with licensed nurse oversight.

The service provided will be available in a tranquil and compassionate environment, catered towards those with higher needs related to memory loss.

The Pointe at Meridian Memory Care community provides a secure environment for those residents requiring guidance in a secure, structured, and supportive environment.

Residents with cognitive decline require a special environment that is not only secure but engaging. Research shows memory loss with aging can be reduced with stimulating activities that help mitigate wandering, aggression and restlessness, which can result in slowing the aging process.

Our specialized programming and care are safety-led and focuses on reducing anxiety for residents and their families.
